This annual fair or convention is one of the biggest events in digital entertainment, comics, animation, video and computer games as well as toys and collectible items in Hong Kong. Since this fair is packed with the latest trends and products it is not only a mecca for comic, video games and collectible toys lovers, but also for everyone who would like to get their hands on the latest gadgets and toys as well as experience the huge cos-play scene and culture.

The latest trends in electronic entertainment, comics and animation are showcased on over 160,000 square feet. The Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong is one of the most influential shows in Asia and attracted around 730,000 visitors last year.

You have the chance to experience the latest entertainment, comics and animation trends from Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Taiwan as well as hunt for the latest toys and games including Star Wars, Gundam, Lego, Bandai, Hasbro, Toys’R’Us, Transformers, Superman or Batman. In addition, there are plenty of shows, competition and dance performances to enjoy and participate in.

Highlights of 2014 Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong

Some of this year’s Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong highlights include autographs session with International Comic Masters, Independent Comic Artists’ Exhibition, GUNPLA Builders World Cup (organized by ACGHK & BANDAI), the first HK Figure Design Competition since 2009, Heartbeat ACG Pop event, International COSPLAY CARNIVAL & ACG COSPLAY Contest, Dance Power Competition with international street dance and jazz masters from USA, France, Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan (guest performances include Dance Union, Fredy Kosman, J@Korea, Mike Song, Stone BOP and As One) as well as Maid Book Store, DOUJINSHI Mini Stalls and the X-Zone Young @ Mart with 100s of mini stalls selling the latest products and items.

In addition, the ACGHK is always a great place to pick up some highly limited editions and exclusive items. Every year, toy collectors stand in line overnight in order to get their hands on those ultimate and limited collectable items.
