Hong Kong Disneyland announced the launch of the new “Disney Paint The Night” spectacle. The newly designed daily night parade is scheduled to launch at the theme park in October 2014.

At present, there aren’t much information about this new nighttime spectacular available. However, it seems that the “Disney Paint The Night” Parade implemented a new way of interactivity allowing fans to participate and change colors of the parade floats and costumes with a special device.

In addition, fans of Disney’s popular movies “Cars”, “Cars 2”, “Monster Inc.” and “Monster University” will be happy to hear that popular characters Lightning McQueen as well as Sulley & Mike will appear for the first time ever in the nightly parade.

The Victorian themed Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel is the theme park’s flagship hotel with 400 rooms spanning over 6 floors. Once you enter this hotel you will feel transported back into the early 1900s. Hotel prices range from HK$ 2,400 to 7,500 depending on the room type (sea view, balcony etc.).

2. Disney’s Hollywood Hotel Hong Kong (4 Stars)The Disney’s Hollywood Hotel is a little bit further away from the park entrance. However, this should not stop you to take a closer look at this hotel with its 600 rooms spreading over 8 floors. Stepping inside this hotel you will feel a combination of the golden era of Hollywood’s 1930s and 1940s mixed with the Disney Magic. Disney’s Hollywood Hotel offers just three types of hotel rooms (with Garden View, Sea View and Park View) ranging from HK$ 1,700 to HK$ 2,950 per night.
