Are you ready for another unique sporting event this year? Famous Victoria Harbour will be hosting the annual New World Harbour Race 2014. 2000 swimmers and swimming enthusiasts will be crossing Hong Kong’s famous Victoria Harbour on October 12, 2014.

New World Harbour Race 2012

This Harbour Race swimming event is one of Hong Kong’s most unique and iconic sporting events of the year with a long history and tradition. After a 33-year absence the Harbour Race has been revived in 2011. Local and international swimmers have been participated in this special swim event and made it immediately a huge success. The New World Harbour Race received the “M” Mark Events support (one of the sport highest honors in Hong Kong) for the third consecutive year recognizing the significance of the special sporting event in Hong Kong.

Get Ready for New World Harbour Race 2012

Swimmers and swimming enthusiasts have been awaiting the 2014 edition of the New World Harbour Race event. Spectators can enjoy 7 individual races and events and cheer for their favorite swimmer on the 1.5km race across Victoria Harbour. Popular shopping mall K11 (which is a subsidiary of New World Group) will sponsor the K11 Harbour Race Young Swimmers Cup (aged 12 -16) this year.
