The Aqua Spirit Bar, or normally called Aqua Bar, is one of NextStopHongKong’s most favorite places and Rooftop Bar. Located on the 29th and 30th floor in Tsim Sha Tsui, the Aqua Spirit Bar and restaurant redefines dining spaces with a stylish bar to hang out after work. Although, Aqua Spirit Bar has been quoted as one of the best bars in Hong Kong, it is still treated as the (!) hottest secret insider tip. The interiors are ultra-stylish and modern and the views from the tables are just breath-taking stunning.
A Cocktail from Aqua Spirit Bar
Taking a closer look at the restaurant and bar concept of Aqua Spirit, you will notice that it represents and combines two different styles, worlds and food tastes: Italian (Aqua Roma) and Japanese (Aqua Tokyo). Guests are able to enjoy their dinner at a Western style table or enjoy food in a Japanese way with sunken seating and tatami floors. While the main restaurant is located on the 29th floor, the lounge and bar is on the 30th (with this altitude that why we call it Rooftop Bar).

Must-try: The management and kitchen team of the Aqua Spirit Bar and restaurant constantly thrive for innovations and new dining/drinking experiences. Therefore, menus change from time to time and you should take a look at the latest menu on their website.
Still we would like to provide with some must-tries from the cocktail menu. We highly recommend trying one of their Signature cocktails such as Anxiety (Vodka, fresh pomelo, touch of lime and pink grapefruit juice) for HK$ 108, aqua Queen (Smirnoff Black vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry and pineapple juice) for HK$ 128 or one their excellent Bellinis (HK$ 158) or Martinis. If you are more of a beer lover be prepared to pay HK$ 78 for a bottle of beer.

Although, the views and atmosphere of this place are one-of-a-kind and simply just stunning, we would like to remind you that the Aqua Spirit Bar does not come in cheap. Currently, there is a minimum charge of HK$ 480 per person (!) for dining. Service charges not included. However, we still love the Aqua Spirit Bar with their innovative (signature) cocktails. This is especially true when you hold a perfect mixed cocktail after a hard day’s work or travel and simply have a chance to relax to the latest beats from a DJ, admiring the beautiful Hong Kong skyline and spectacle outside at night. It is also one of the best choices for watching the Hong Kong fireworks display.
