Taking a closer look at the bar, the Café Gray Deluxe Bar offers one of Asian largest stone bars with 14 meter length. Especially for Hong Kong’s limited space this long bar is one-of-a-kind and a great place to watch the bartenders perform and get in touch with other guests. There are several booths beside the windows which offer impressive views of Hong Kong’s harbor. The bar menu itself is outstanding and has an extensive list of excellent wines and signature cocktails. To get an idea how much a glass of wine is at the bar: here some information for all the wine lovers. Expect to pay around HK$ 80-115 for a glass of wine (depending on year, quality, origin, etc.). The Café Gray Deluxe Bar has roughly 20 different wines by glasses plus a list of approx. 300 you can choose.

Good news for all of you who love cocktails. The Café Gray Deluxe Bar offers an extensive list of signature cocktails. The signature series particular focuses on Champagne…so if you are a Champagne lover, you should not miss out on one of the best places in town to enjoy a breath-taking sunset while sipping at one of the most unique signature Champagne cocktails.

The menus change occasionally/seasonally, but as a must-try we highly recommend the Hong Kong HighBall Deluxe Cocktail. For a HK$ 120 you get a signature cocktail with Belvedere Raspberry Vodka, ginger, honey, lemon, Cassis, pomegranate and last-but-not-least bubbly champagne.
