Located in the heart of Hong Kong is Central. Central could be best described as home of many international financial institutions and establishments as well as excellent and most sophisticated shops, restaurants and bars. It is a place where businesses meet, but also where to enjoy life’s greatest pleasures of shopping and fine dining.

Central consists of several houses and buildings including Alexander House, Chater House, Exchange Sqaure, Jardine House, Prince’s Building, The Landmark and The Landmark Mandarin Oriental. Altogether, there are more than 250 shops and stores offering an array of the world’s most fashionable and famous brands. You are able to find international fashion brands, accessories, lifestyle products, jewelry, watches, toys, antiques, furniture as well as chocolates, cakes, cigars and the finest wines from around the globe. Fashion addicts are able to find all the top brands ranging from A like Armani over D like Dior, D&G, or Davidoff to Y like Yves Saint Laurent. This shopping area is truly a high-end and luxury place.

The Landmark shopping center e.g. has four floors and houses the famous and five-stars Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Shoppers will feel like in luxury heaven. Shops include such famous names as Gucci, Jimmy Choo, De Beers, Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, Ralph Lauren, Valentino, Vivienne Westwood or Tiffany & Co. just to name a few.

In addition, there are several gyms and spas. For more information please read insight article about the top spas in Hong Kong. Please follow the link for a complete and detailed overview of all the shops and locations of Central.

Besides shopping, there are several excellent dining options and you can choose from all kind of different tastes including American, European, Asian or modern Fusion food. There is something for everyone’s palate – be it high-tea, a cocktail on one of the most hip rooftop bar or dinner in a Michelin Star awarded restaurant. You name it.

The best thing is that all buildings are linked by an elevated pedestrian walkway, called “all-weather-link”. Even if it is raining heavily you still can enjoy the luxurious moments of life – be it shopping or fine dining. If this is not the ultimate shopping experience then what is it?
