On January 1st, 2013 Hong Kong will kick-off the New Year 2013 with the “Dragon and Lion Dance Extravaganza 2013”. Be sure to mark down this special event: No matter if you are interested in Hong Kong culture or not, this event is surely one not to be missed.

The “Dragon and Lion Dance Extravaganza 2013” will feature over 800 auspicious animals highlighting Hong Kong’s traditional culture and festive ambience. Aside from having a rare opportunity to watch a parade of five traditional celestial guardians (Golden Dragon, Southern Lion, Northern Lion, Chinese Unicorn and Pixiu) this event will try to enter the Guinness Book of World Records for the Largest Chinese Unicorn Dance.
