On January 1st, 2014 Hong Kong will kick-off the new Year with the traditional “Dragon And Lion Dance Extravaganza 2014” event. Hong Kong is known as home of the biggest lion and dragon dances.

The “Dragon and Lion Dance Extravaganza 2013” featured over 800 auspicious animals highlighting Hong Kong’s traditional culture and festive ambience and made the Guinness Book of World Records for the Largest Chinese Unicorn Dance. This year, the committee will invite 1000 Happy Buddha, which will be surrounded by over 500 auspicious animals. Hong Kong invites you to join and see another World Record of Guinness Book – Largest Happy Buddha Dance.

The Parade will start from Canton Road along Hong Kong Cultural Centre and Avenue of Stars and finishes at UC Centenary Garden (East Tsim Sha Tsui).
