Similar to previous years, the Hong Kong Food Expo is divided into three zones: the Gourmet Zone, the Public Hall and the Trade Hall. The Gourmet Zone and Pubic Hall are open to public visitors. For many visitors the Gourmet Zone is the most attractive part of the fair due to the fact that everyone can enlighten their taste and sample global well-known luxury gourmet treats including caviar, premium coffee, wine, truffle or abalones. And for all of you who more interested in the art of cooking, there are many special events including cooking demonstration, forum talks and discussions as well as free-giveaways, competition, games and lucky draws.

In case you plan to visit the Hong Kong Food Expo, be prepared that it will get crowded. Just to give you an idea: last year more than 1,100 exhibitors from over 20 countries and more than 390,000 visitors attended this unique Food Expo in Hong Kong. Hence, we highly recommend visiting the Food Expo at the beginning and try to avoid the last fair day since this day will be the most busy and crowded one.
