Hong Kong McDonald’s launches Hello Kitty “Circus of Life” Collection

Summer is arriving and as usual McDonald’s Hong Kong launches their special summer promotions. Hello Kitty fans, are you ready? This year, McDonald’s Hong Kong invited the Hello Kitty Circus Group “Circus of Life” to perform in Hong Kong. Similar to previous years, McDonald’s offers several different Hello Kitty Plush toys. Last year’s limited summer promotion Hello Kitty Fairy Tale x McDonald’s featured the cute Hello Kitty dressed up as different Fairy Tale characters.

This year, McDonald’s came up with the Hello Kitty “Circus of Life” collection. Each Hello Kitty features a unique circus character and fans will probably get crazy for Hello Kitty as the Animal Tamer, the Chimp (monkey), the Trapeze, the Clown or the cute and adorable blue Junior Elephant Jumbo.

Starting from July 1st, 2013 fans can purchase a special Hello Kitty “Circus of Life” Limited Collector’s Edition set for HK$ 238. This set includes the four Hello Kitty “Circus of Life” characters plus the highly limited and exclusive Hello Kitty dressed up as “Circus of Life” blue Junior Elephant Jumbo. This special Hello Kitty “Circus of Life” Limited Collector’s Edition set also includes a set of special designed Hello Kitty alphabet cards, 4 McDonald’s food voucher (each one worth HK$ 10), a special Hello Kitty Tasty Card and a Hello Kitty Circus Pop-Up Book.

For all of you who don’t want to purchase the complete Hello Kitty “Circus of Life” Limited Collector’s Edition set or didn’t have a chance to grab one, you don’t need to worry and be upset. Starting from July 4th, 2013, fans of Hello Kitty can purchase any of the four Hello Kitty “Circus of Life” characters (Animal Tramer, Clown, Trapeze and Chimp) with any food purchase at McDonald’s Hong Kong for HK$ 25.

Similar to last year’s McDonald’s X Hello Kitty Fairy Tales collection, McDonald’s will launch special Hello Kitty editions which are only available when you order food for delivery. For every purchase of HK$ 70 or above Hello Kitty Fans can redeem a special edition “Hello Kitty Circus of Life X McDelivery Plush Toy” in form of Hello Kitty dressed up as “Dare Devil”.

For the first time ever, McDonald’s Hong Kong launched an “It’s Mac Time Special Edition” Hello Kitty doll. This special edition Hello Kitty is dressed up as a typical “Magician” and only be available after 6:00pm each day. The Hello Kitty Circus of Life Magician Plush Toy can be purchased with any food purchases for HK$ 25.

Insider Tips: Besides the seven Hello Kitty Circus of Life Plush Toys, fans have a chance to purchase four special-designed Hello Kitty Tasty Cards which are available from July 6th, 2013 onwards. Each Hello Kitty Tasty Card can be purchased for HK$ 12. There is also a limited edition Hello Kitty Tasty Cards Set which contains all four cards and special limited edition Hello Kitty Circus of Life stickers. The limited edition Tasty Card Set can be purchased for HK$ 48.
