In Hong Kong, students are waiting for their summer vacations and Hong Kong’s Sky100 Observation Deck will launch a special summer activity called the “Sky-High Summer 3D Wonderland”. From July 1st to September 1st, 2013 visitors to the Sky100 Observation Deck have a chance to participate in a variety of activities, workshops and photo competitions on Facebook and Weibo as well as enjoy special designed galleries.
Highlight of the “Sky-High Summer 3D Wonderland” campaign will be the “3D Hong Kong Trick Arts Gallery”. It is the first 3D painting exhibition inspired by local landmarks and attractions. Visitors can “climb up” the International Commerce Centre, walk across the Victoria Harbour on a tight rope or ride on one of Hong Kong’s historic symbols the rickshaw.
For all of you who are interested in Hong Kong’s history and how fast Hong Kong changed from a small fishing village to an international metropolis should not miss the 5 minute 3D movie “3D Hong Kong Story Theatre”.
Furthermore, several international renowned groups including WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature), Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts, Chung Ying Theatre and Hong Kong Wushu Union teamed up with the Sky100 Observation Deck to offer educational workshops under the “Sky-High Wonderland” Activity.
Last but not least, the Sky100 Observation Deck launches a special “Summer Pass” with unlimited visits to the Sky100 Observation Deck until September 1st, 2013. From July 1st to September 1st, 2013 visitors with a valid HKID can upgrade their regular ticket to a “Summer Pass”. Ticket prices are HK$ 168 for adults and HK$ 118 for children (aged 3-11) and seniors (aged 65 or above). Unfortunately, this offer is only available to locals and we hope that the Sky100 Observation Deck will launch similar offers to foreign visitors as well.
