On every Wednesday during this period, all valid HKID holders (thus Hong Kong residents) can enjoy a buy-1-get-1-free ticket discount. The offer is good for purchasing same-day admission tickets in person at the ticket center only (not valid through the online booking website). Unfortunately, the offer is only valid for Hong Kong locals, but if you are from abroad make sure to ask your local friends or relatives to come along with you to enjoy the discount and share some of the most amazing views of Hong Kong and its surroundings.
