From September 28th to November 30th, 2012, visitors can experience a unique 2012 Ngong Ping 360 Lantau Carnival at Ngong Ping Village. Ngong Ping Village will transform into an amazing carnival event with a-one-of-kind carnival parade.

Ngong Ping 360 Lantau Carnival will feature a unique Lantau-themed costume parade. Over 20 performers will dress up as different characters. Goddess of Nature, Prince Blue, Princess Green will be showing on the carnival. Besides, some cool characters will be included in this special Lantau-themed parade, such as :
Salted Fish, dried Shrimp, Salted Egg,
Fervevine Herb, Gynura Bicolor (aka Matthiola incana, Begonia fimbristipila),
Swell-Fish (aka Fugo), Dried Oyster, Fiddler Crab,
Chinese White Dolphin, Romer’s Tree Frog,
Water Buffalo, Chaco Finch, Spirit Bird and Danjia family.

Aside from Ngong Ping 360 Lantau Carnival Parade, visitors also can learn and test their balloon twisting skills at the Happy Balloon Workshop. Young and young at hearts are invited to create Lantau-themed balloon creatures.
