To celebrate the Chinese New Year 2014, Hong Kong’s MTR Corporation will launch a special limited edition “Year of the Horse” Souvenir Ticket Set. Similar to last year’s special edition, the “Year of the Horse” Souvenir Ticket Set will feature the artwork of two famous artists from the East and West.

The colorful Western illustration of the “Year of the Horse” Souvenir Ticket Set has been designed and contributed by modern illustrator TY Wilkins while the Eastern part showcases the powerful galloping horse by famous Chinese ink painter Xu Beihong. Although, the two tickets showcases the “Year of the Horse” with two totally different designs and interpretation, it brings together past and present as well as Eastern and Western culture.
