Le Petit Prince 80th Anniversary Galactic Voyage

The beloved children book Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince) by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry celebrates its 80th anniversary this year.

This festive season, Ocean Park teamed up with the Little Prince to celebrate not only the 80th anniversary, but also to bring you a very unique and sparkling Christmas. So, are you ready get enchanted and mesmerised by this special crossover?

Le Petit Prince Starry Universe

The Le Petit Prince Starry Universe attraction will let you follow the Little Prince journey. Embark on an special journey and visit planet B612, Le Petit Prince’s planet.

Highlight of the Le Petit Prince Starry Universe attraction is a 3.5 metre-tall kaleidoscope. The dazzling lights and colours will be one the hotspots to take some festive photos this year.

Le Petit Prince Light Alley

Another highlight is the Le Petit Prince Light Alley. Ocean Park’s Waterfront Plaza lights up and is decorated with Little Prince light illuminations. Stroll through the special decorated alley and enjoy the sparkling and twinkling lights.

Trace Le Petit Prince’s Footsteps

The special Christmas adventure doesn’t stop here. Make sure to follow the Le Petit Prince’s footsteps. Throughout the theme park you will find e.g. installations, hints, decorations and reproduced popular scenes of the classic children’s book.

For example: at the Waterfront Plaza is a giant garden of roses, at Lakeside Chill are shiny decorations of the Little Prince’s travel journeys and his encounter with the little fox and at Aqua City Lagoon is a light projection of the Little Prince leading you to find his starry imprint.

Following these little footsteps, will lead you to the Le Petit Prince Star Statue. The 5-metre-tall Le Petit Prince Star Statue stands at Summit Plaza and is one of the major highlights. Make sure not to miss this special Christmas crossover.

Christmas Garden of Glitz

Enjoy the heartwarming and romantic Xmas decoration at the Christmas Garden of Glitz. The glittering Christmas trees, sparkling lights, displays and festive winter decorations will be one of the major hotspots. So, make sure to take your camera or cellphone with you. Christmas Shining Bright Party

Every evening 6:30pm, the Christmas Alley (market) and Christmas tree will turn on their lights. If you visit on the selected dates, Santa Claus will surprise visitors with many holiday gifts. Everyday, Ocean Park’s adorable mascot Whiskers will also come out in the holiday dress and take photos with the fans.

Jingle All The Way

The theme park has invited different local groups to bring everyone a variety of performances this year. Christmas carols, live music performances, dances and many more will add more festive atmosphere to the park.

Christmas themed food, snacks and dishes

How can you visit the theme park during festival season without trying themed food? As usual, the restaurants at Ocean Park will add and offer special Christmas menus, snacks and desserts. Club Panda has prepared a Sparkling Christmas dinner buffet with over 35 delicacies. The buffet dinner is available on Dec 23 – 26, 30 – 31, 2023 and Jan 1, 2024. Price is HK$ 688 for adults/seniors and HK$ 340 for children.

Furthermore, Tuxedos Restaurant offers a special Le Petit Prince Journey to a Starry Universe platter. And the Ginger Grill is also adding a special Le Petit Prince Galactic Voyage platter.
