From November 21, 2019 – January 5, 2020, Hong Kong Ngong Ping 360 celebrates the unique Christmas “We Bare Bears Holiday Hangout” event. Ngong Ping Village will transform into a magical world of the cute comic characters.
In case you are not familiar with the We Bare Bears: it is an animated cartoon comedy on the Cartoon Network. The main characters are three bear brothers (Grizzly, Panda and Ice/Polar Bear) that try to fit in the modern world and make friends.
Highlights of the Ngong Ping 360 x We Bare Bears Holiday Hangout
The “We Bare Bears Holiday Hangout” event has several highlights. There are plenty of selfie spots and two giant art installations to take some memorable pictures with your favourite character. You cannot only enjoy a special meet and greet with the We Bare Bears characters but also try and sample some of the city’s most famous snacks and drinks with them.

One highlight of the Ngong Ping 360 Christmas 2019 event is definitely the two gigantic photo installations.
Giant We Bare Bears milk teacup and merry go-round
Once you arrive at Ngong Ping Village, you will immediately notice a 3-meter tall Christmas tree and a gigantic milk teacup (one of the city’s most beloved drinks).
Just next to the milk tea cup, you will find a very special Merry-go-round. No doubt that these two giant Christmas displays will be the selfie hotspot this year.

Another highlight is the “We Bare Bears” Selfie Gallery. The popular Walking with Buddha attraction will be transformed into a Selfie Gallery.

Both you can try at the 2019 Ngong Ping 360 Christmas event. Especially, the Hong Kong-style milk tea is what you should not miss. You have a rare opportunity to meet international KamCha Champion Chan Tsz Ping and get some insights on how to prepare the perfect cup.
Also, there is opportunity to sample and learn how to prepare a traditional spring onion pancakes that are filled with candied scallion, red sugar, shredded coconut and sesame.

Special limited edition items include We Bare Bears neck pillow, tote bags, snow globes, statue, some apparel (T-shirts, etc.), miniature cable cars, stationery or accessories. Ngong Ping 360 has a special Christmas and New Year offer during the We Bare Bear Holiday Hangout event. You can purchase a roundtrip child ticket for only HK$ 30. To enjoy this special promotion, children need to be accompanied by at least one full-fare paying adult.
In case you would like to take one of the Crystal Cable Car Cabins, you can upgrade for an additional HK$ 80.
