Hong Kong McDonald’s Will Launch Hello Kitty “K-League” FIFA World Cup Collection 2014

The 2014 FIFA World Cup will take place in Brazil in a few days and soccer fans from around the world are looking forward to this big event. Hong Kong is no exception and restaurants, stores and shops already decorated for the big event and launched special world cup promotions.

Hong Kong’s McDonald’s is no exception. They launched not only a series of special designed hamburgers to celebrate the soccer mania, but also several special limited Hello Kitty “K-League” World Cup Soccer Plush Toys.

Similar to previous McDonald’s Hello Kitty Plush Toy Collections, Hello Kitty will dress up as different characters. As you already might have guessed, each Hello Kitty will feature a unique soccer related character. This time Hello Kitty fans can choose from Hello Kitty dressed up as a Referee, Striker, Goalkeeper, Crazy Fan and Medic.

Starting from June 5th, 2014 soccer and Hello Kitty fans can purchase the Limited Edition Hello Kitty “K-League” Collector’s Edition set for HK$ 228. The limited edition collector set includes the five Hello Kitty “K-League” plush dolls dressed up as five different soccer characters plus the highly limited and exclusive Hello Kitty dressed up as soccer ball “World Wave” which is only available in this set. This special Hello Kitty “K-League” Limited Collector’s Edition set also includes 5 McDonald’s food vouchers (each worth HK$ 10).

In case you can’t get your hands on one of the Limited Edition Hello Kitty “K-League” Collector’s Edition sets, you also have the chance to purchase any of the Hello Kitty “K-League” character separately with any food purchase at McDonald’s Hong Kong for HK$ 28.

Last but not least, there will be a special limited Hello Kitty “K-League” Crazy Midnight Fan Edition, which is only available when you order food from Hong Kong McDonald’s delivery. With every food order of HK$ 70 or above you can redeem this special limited edition of Hello Kitty dressed up as a Crazy Midnight Fan.
